We are a growing home care company seeking a Client Services Manager Associate to join our team in the DC Metro area. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, and professional partners. The Client Services Manager Associate ensures client needs are met efficiently and compassionately, exceeding service expectations to drive satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, families, and professional partners.
- Meet client needs efficiently and compassionately, exceeding service expectations.
- Communicate effectively, working both collaboratively and independently.
- Proactively manage client needs and educate families about services and community resources.
- Collaborate closely with office staff, gather and document client feedback.
- Maintain clear and timely records.
- Participate in community events and company office hours in senior living communities as needed.
Pay
$51,000–60,000
