Client Services Intern

About the role

The Client Services Intern will support the Client Services team by assisting with day-to-day operations, completing ad hoc client requests, learning the full client lifecycle, and contributing to internal project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Client Services team on day-to-day client accounts, operations, and administrative tasks.
• Execute ad hoc analysis, reporting, and operational support tasks as assigned by team members.
• Learn client onboarding and lifecycle processes to understand how client relationships are managed across email, digital, and data services.
• Participate in internal meetings and client calls to observe account management, relationship building, and problem-solving strategies.
• Assist in mapping out key client processes and contributing to internal documentation that enhances team efficiency.
