Client Services Host

About the role

Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a full-time Client Services Host.

Responsibilities

• Work weekends and evenings to appropriately meet clients' needs
• Ensure the shop runs smoothly and efficiently
• Answer phone calls, schedule treatments, and respond to questions
• Promote extensive range of services and upsell treatments or products when possible
• Provide cost estimates and wait times before scheduling an appointment
• Help with general cleaning to keep the retail space looking great

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience in the retail, hospitality, or beauty industries
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Fantastic collaboration skills with an ability to communicate over the phone and in person
• Commitment to helping others and working with a team
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Pay

Gross pay of $16.00 per hour.
