Client Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on desktop support for end users, including executives and trade floor personnel
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows environments
• Support and manage endpoint technologies including SCCM and Intune
• Afford assistance with Citrix environments, including user access and performance troubleshooting
• Deliver white glove support with a strong focus on customer service and responsiveness
• Support and maintain trading systems such as Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE, and CXL

Qualifications And Skills

• At least 5 years of professional IT support experience
• Experience supporting financial services environments or trade floors preferred
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, SCCM, Intune, and Citrix
• Familiarity with trading platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE, or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor

Pay
