What You Will Be Doing
- Controlling the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial outreach through final onboarding.
- Facilitating needs-based discussions to evaluate compatibility before proposing solutions or advising on next actions.
- Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment phases, with transparent tracking of progress and follow-up requirements.
- Facilitating campus visits, student shadow days, and decision-oriented meetings that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service delivery.

Basic Requirements
- 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, exclusive membership, or independently operated services).
- Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding.
- Experience managing 20+ concurrent client, guest, or family engagements at varying stages, supported by an organized tracking and prioritization method.
- Capacity to present specific instances of advisory decision-making, including occasions when you recommended against your offering because it was not suitable.
- Professional written correspondence experience with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of the following locations: La Jolla, CA; Malibu, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Santa Barbara, CA; or Santa Monica, CA.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

- Background in luxury hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level administrative roles.
- Experience developing or enhancing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.
