Responsibilities
- Operate telephone switchboard/demonstrate telephone etiquette
- Greet customers promptly and determine the nature of their visit
- Direct customers to the appropriate department
- Maintain lounge area and copy area--keep these areas stocked and organized
- Assign and keep record of dealer plates/loaner vehicles
- Take down payments from customers per their financing profile
Qualifications
- Demonstrate effective communication, both verbal and written
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively respond to and resolve customer needs and problems
- Demonstrate a willingness to take extra measures whenever necessary to provide excellent customer service and support
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel
