Responsibilities
- Document client service coordination with issue resolution, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Maintain role documentation with status tracking, following a client-focused, services-focused, coordination-owned work profile.
- Reconcile case management with deadline management, ensuring all actions are traceable and assigned.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting to maintain visibility of work progress.
- Review quality control and workflow management to prevent downstream rework.

Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
