What You’ll Do

  • Support the Listing Manager and agents with the preparation, setup, and management of new listings
  • Ensure all property and agent information is accurate, polished, and up to date
  • Support agents with systems and real estate platforms
  • Help create and prepare marketing materials including property brochures
  • Assist with administrative and listing support projects as needed

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Hightly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn new systems
  • Interest or background in real estate is a plus
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software quickly
