What You’ll Do
- Support the Listing Manager and agents with the preparation, setup, and management of new listings
- Ensure all property and agent information is accurate, polished, and up to date
- Support agents with systems and real estate platforms
- Help create and prepare marketing materials including property brochures
- Assist with administrative and listing support projects as needed
What You Bring
- 1+ years of administrative experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Hightly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn new systems
- Interest or background in real estate is a plus
- Comfortable with technology and learning new software quickly
