Client Services Coordinator

About the role

Sparkbit360 is hiring a Client Services Coordinator to strengthen customer resolution across marketing and public-relations strategy, campaigns, content, brand storytelling, creative execution, client service, and performance insight. The day-to-day focus is client services coordination within brand campaign operations, ensuring confirmed facts are separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.

Success is measured by the accuracy of customer resolution—enabling others to act on it—and the documentation of unresolved items rather than leaving them as guesses.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Services Coordinator workflow by resolving routine issues within approved authority.
• Coordinate workflow by documenting commitments and next actions for the team.
• Review workflow by escalating complex cases with sufficient context for the next owner.
• Maintain workflow by handling assigned customer or client requests.
• Track workflow by reviewing available case history before responding.

Skills

• Use Customer Support and Escalation Management tools confidently.
• Apply Account Review processes without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
• Document PR Campaign Support decisions clearly for team reference.
• Exercise sound judgment in workflow decisions, especially when escalation is needed over assumption.

Employment Overview

Full-time, associate-level position. 100% remote within the United States.

Pay

Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
