Client Services Coordinator
About the role
This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The position supports online tours and activities, excursion bookings, travel-advisor support, supplier coordination, customer service, product operations, and marketplace workflows.
Responsibilities
- Respond to assigned customer or client requests through phone, email, chat, CRM, or other approved digital channels.
- Maintain accurate notes, account records, status updates, service requests, and follow-up items.
- Resolve routine questions using documented procedures and escalate exceptions to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with operations, billing, scheduling, sales, or service teams so customer needs are handled consistently.
- Meet documented service-quality, response-time, accuracy, and confidentiality expectations in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
- Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
- Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
- Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
- Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
