About the role
A Client Services Coordinator performs all functions related to processing orders and receipts through our 3PL facilities to meet client and customer expectations, acting as the primary liaison for our customers. The role involves customer service, allocation, traffic, and routing functions per established company standards and practices.
Success in this role means adapting and being resourceful in a fast-paced environment to support day-to-day client needs. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, remains calm under pressure, and thrives in a dynamic, positive, and energetic team while embracing our “we are one team” ethos.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay
$21.00/hr - $25.50/hr
Responsibilities
- Acts as the liaison between clients and NRI operations by communicating and monitoring client priorities
- Manages client relationships by effectively handling all client interactions, including higher-level troubleshooting issues and collaborating with other departments
- Coordinates flow of inventory with the Inventory Team and VAS (Value Added Services)
- Ensures client SLAs are communicated to the operations team
- Follows NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times
- Performs other duties as requested
Requirements
- 12+ months’ customer service experience in a logistics or corporate/call center environment (3PL experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook
- Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to: sitting for long periods, occasional walking and standing, climbing ladders/stairs, working in elevated areas, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold
- Must be 18 years or older
Qualifications
- Excellent technical capabilities with proficiency to learn internal and external software systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and follow through on assignments with minimal direction
- Detail-oriented with experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency, and safety
- Ability to work under pressure, be flexible, and adapt to changing priorities
- Trustworthy and moral character (pre-employment background and drug tests are required)
