Responsibilities
- Coordinate client service issue resolution, ensuring each checkpoint includes a visible source, owner, status, and next action within the travel-tech workflow.
- Review and track official travel role documentation, maintaining clear status updates for all client service cases.
- Manage case documentation with strict deadline adherence, ensuring all actions are traceable and ownership is assigned.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for client service coordination, including quality control and workflow management.
- Reconcile quality control with workflow management, ensuring errors are identified and addressed before impacting downstream processes.
- Apply data accuracy in all client service workflows, preserving evidence and meeting deadlines without exception.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions, ensuring reasoning remains clear in the operational context.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, relying on confirmed facts rather than assumptions, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations.
- Ensure remote work completion is secure, traceable, and ready for the next authorized teammate through accurate reporting and status tracking.

Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
