About the role
The Client Services Coordinator role connects customer resolution with the broader operating needs of inbound and outbound customer support, chat, email, quality, workforce, CRM, and client-service operations. The day-to-day standard is client services coordination within contact center operations, with confirmed facts separated from assumptions and unresolved questions.
Responsibilities
- Own the Client Services Coordinator workflow by helping the team handle assigned customer or client requests.
- Coordinate the workflow by helping the team review available case history before responding.
- Review the workflow by helping the team resolve routine issues within approved authority.
- Maintain the workflow by helping the team document commitments and next actions.
- Track the workflow by helping the team escalate complex cases with enough context for the next owner.
Qualifications
- Use Status Updates and Issue Triage confidently when carrying out client services coordination within contact center operations.
- Apply Client Services Coordinator Documentation without losing track of exceptions, owners, or deadlines.
- Document CRM decisions clearly enough that another teammate can follow the reasoning.
- Use sound judgment around Contact Center Operations, especially when escalation is required instead of assumption.
What Good Work Looks Like
Strong performance shows up in fewer avoidable corrections, timely follow-through, and records that make the next action obvious.
Pay
Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time. 100% remote within the United States.
