Responsibilities
- Cooking up schedules, calendars, and service appointments for a distributed team
- Acting as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring ongoing requests, project timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion
- Supporting purchasing, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships
- Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation
- Aiding with billing and administrative workflows
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
Requirements
- Strong experience in customer service, operations, administration, or project coordination
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
