Responsibilities

  • Cooking up schedules, calendars, and service appointments for a distributed team
  • Acting as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring ongoing requests, project timelines, and follow-up actions to ensure timely completion
  • Supporting purchasing, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships
  • Maintaining accurate operational records and documentation
  • Aiding with billing and administrative workflows
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery

Requirements

  • Strong experience in customer service, operations, administration, or project coordination
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong emotional intelligence and sound judgment
  • Proficiency with cloud-based business applications and collaboration tools
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to take initiative
