Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Schedule caregiver visits based on qualifications and client needs.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails to resolve scheduling conflicts and concerns.
  • Communicate assignments and schedule changes to caregivers and clients.
  • Process data for accurate payroll, scheduling, and billing.
  • Auxiliary data entry and payer verification.
  • Independently manage client and family dynamics.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address caregiver issues.
  • Ensure staff compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
  • Identify staff development needs and coordinate in-services.
  • Collaborate with payroll to address time sheet discrepancies.
  • Complete incident/accident reports and assist in investigations.
  • Alert Clinical Director of staffing or personnel issues promptly.
  • Maintain on-call schedules and coordinated care availability.
  • Approve time-off requests while ensuring coverage.
  • Stay updated on home health principles and practices.
  • Foster relationships with agencies and professionals.
  • Participate in committees and task forces as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
  • Resolve client complaints and concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience of healthcare or homecare experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a Home Health/Home Care Agency preferred.
