Job Summary
We’re looking for an entry-level Client Services Coordinator to join our Claims Department. In this role, you’ll support homeowners through the claims process, learn how to prepare repair estimates, and work closely with insurance companies and adjusters. No claims experience is required — we’ll provide full training and ongoing coaching. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow your career, this is a great opportunity to get started.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to create and submit repair estimates using company software
- Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
- Track and follow up on claims to keep them moving forward
- Keep accurate records of calls, emails, and documentation
- Support the Claims team in solving problems and ensuring timely resolution
What We’re Looking For
- No prior claims experience required — full training provided
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A quick learner who can adapt in a busy environment
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and motivated to grow

Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm schedule (with overtime opportunities)
