About the role

The Client Service Consultant II (CSCII) manages day-to-day administrative service support for multiple National Account clients (5,000+lives). They lead projects, serve as a liaison with internal teams, and deliver exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manages day-to-day administration for multiple/complex clients
  • Ledges projects and serves as liaison with internal teams
  • Delivers exceptional client service, ensuring consistent satisfaction and effective solutions
  • Covers client meetings, prepares materials, and leads audits and strategic planning with financial partners
  • Acts as a subject matter expert; supports RFP responses and collaborates across teams
  • Maintains knowledge of legal agreements, industry trends, competitors, and MetLife products/services

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in insurance and account management
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • General knowledge of the U.S. economy and employee benefits industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with a proactive learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Disability product experience preferred
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and balance client needs with business capabilities

Location Expectation

This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office. The expected salary range for this position is $64,800 - $86,400. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
