Smartly Technologies is hiring a Client Services Associate to help customers or clients resolve questions through clear communication, accurate documentation, and timely follow-up. The position supports managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, application development, AI integration, and client technology support and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer or client requests connected with managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, application development, AI integration, and client technology support.
• Review account, service, or request details and document each interaction with complete notes and next steps.
• Resolve routine questions within documented procedures and escalate complex or sensitive cases.
• Follow up on open requests, promised actions, or missing information.
• Use approved resources while adapting communication to the customer’s specific question.
• Meet service-quality, response-time, and documentation expectations.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, solution-focused approach.
• Comfort learning CRM, ticketing, email, chat, phone, or web-based support workflows.
• Ability to learn service information quickly and explain it clearly.
• Strong documentation and follow-up habits.
• Prior customer-facing experience is helpful but transferable communication experience can qualify for junior roles.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$51,000 - $60,000 per year
