About the role

GFI Ikigai empowers individuals and families to make important life decisions and craft strategies for their unique goals and dreams. As a Client Services Associate, you will guide individuals and families through decisions around savings, investments, protection, and more, building authentic relationships and providing education and support.

Responsibilities

• Build authentic, long-lasting relationships with individuals and families
• Learn about each client's dreams, goals, and unique situations
• Educate clients about a variety of protection, savings, and investment solutions
• Identify opportunities to enhance current plans and strategies
• Simplify and share complex concepts with care and clarity
• Provide ongoing support as clients' needs evolve
• Maintain accurate records using CRM technology to keep things efficient
• Collaborate with your team to deliver remarkable service and support
• Spot opportunities and guide clients to solutions that complement their plans
