Client Services Associate

We’re hiring a Client Services Associate to support and strengthen relationships with our clients while ensuring a smooth, positive customer experience. As a Client Services Associate, you’ll act as a key point of contact for assigned clients—handling day-to-day account needs, supporting service requests, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver reliable, high-quality service. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients or customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular communication and follow-up
• Support client needs including updates, service requests, and account changes
• Conduct outbound check-ins to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction
• Track account activity, service issues, and opportunities in the CRM
• Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a smooth transition
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Share product updates, promotions, and service information with clients
• Prepare basic reports, notes, and account summaries as needed
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and organization

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple accounts at once
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable learning new systems and tools
• Proactive, positive attitude and strong follow-through
• Experience in customer service, client services, retail, hospitality, or account support is a plus — but not required
