About the role

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in preparing account applications, managing client documentation, and supporting special projects while developing a strong understanding of the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare essential account applications, including new account setup and asset transfers, while maintaining regular communication with clients and advisors.
• Meticulously manage and organize client documentation within our systems.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
• Develop a strong understanding of the financial world and our unique processes.
• Provide support for special projects and research when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar field.
• Willingness to obtain the S65 certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for maintaining strong, professional client relationships.
• Strong computer skills to navigate the latest financial tools and technology.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to seek innovative solutions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to cross-train in different departments to enhance your skill set.
• Openness and ability to learn and leverage new technologies.

Pay

$50,000 – $55,000 USD per year (Plymouth, MN – HQ).

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
