About the Role
As an Employer Services Analyst, you’ll make a meaningful impact by delivering seamless, high-quality service experiences that empower employers to confidently support their people—from onboarding through open enrollment and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Regularly be the trusted partner for employers and stakeholders, delivering responsive, thoughtful support across phone, email, and virtual channels that builds lasting relationships.
- Manage inquiries end-to-end—resolving eligibility updates, payroll questions, funding issues, and more with accuracy and accountability.
- Own and prioritize your work in a dynamic service environment, ensuring tickets are efficiently resolved while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.
- Solve problems that matter by identifying root causes, collaborating with internal teams, and confidently navigating routine to moderately complex issues.
- Empower employers through education by translating complex processes, plan details, and platform capabilities into clear, actionable guidance.
- Shape continuous improvement by identifying trends, surfacing insights, and contributing to team learning, onboarding, and innovation initiatives.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate systems and processes, and deliver accurate, empathetic, and customer-focused support.
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service, employer services, benefits administration, operations, call center, account support, or similar roles, with experience supporting stakeholders via phone, email, or virtual channels in a service-driven environment.
- Education: Relevant professional experience required; familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and service technologies preferred, along with exposure to healthcare, financial services, or regulated environments as a plus.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education.
In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package. Position Compensation Range $18.32 - $31.15
