About the role
Primarily supports internal stakeholders to ensure project set-up, reporting, internal communication, and processes to deliver client programs on time and with quality.
Responsibilities
- Supports the Client Services department.
- Communicates frequently with internal stakeholders to advise on project/program status and ensure Bureau Veritas meets client and contractual expectations.
- Ensures contracts are set up appropriately for accurate revenue recognition and billing.
- Monitors project/program progress by facilitating calls with internal stakeholders on status updates.
- Works closely with the accounting team to ensure proper client billing.
- Proactively owns and manages projects/programs (or portions of projects, e.g., Portfolios, Subcontractors) from inception to delivery, including identifying milestones and deliverables.
- Understands client requests and collaborates with Sales and Senior teams to gather necessary information at project start for success.
- Prepares, proofs, and distributes CARs (Client Action Reports), proposals, reliance letters, and COIs (Certificates of Insurance).
- Advises on process improvement ideas to enhance division efficiency.
- Manages changes in project/program scope, processes change orders, tracks project progress, identifies potential risks, and devises contingency plans.
- Performs special projects as assigned to capture additional revenue or satisfy client requests.
- Coordinates and communicates schedules with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Handles contract administration, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Receives and disperses Client Supplied Material (CSM).
- Sets up projects in a digital writing platform to ensure proper communication and data flow.
- Protects operations by keeping company information confidential.
- Delivers outstanding customer service through timely responses and proactive solutions to clients’ needs.
- Demonstrates Bureau Veritas’ guiding principles in support of the company’s strategic goals.
- Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position.
- Maintains a safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- May be required to work overtime with prior authorization from supervisor.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field; minimum of one year of related experience. In lieu of a degree, two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
Skills
- Proficiency in operating a computer, including word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows, SharePoint, Acrobat Adobe, and Deltek Vision.

Pay
Hourly rate starting at $17.00/hour up to $25/hour.
