The Client Services Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include handling client inquiries, coordinating project timelines, and maintaining strong communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with internal teams
- Handle client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide relevant insights to clients
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client services or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
