About the role
The Client Service Associate will join the high-performing Concierge team at Kestra Financial, a wealth management platform dedicated to empowering independent financial professionals. This role is not just about support; it's a launchpad for career growth and impactful service.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for advisors, staff, and clients—delivering proactive, high-touch service with professionalism and care.
- Own the experience from start to finish, resolving a wide range of service requests with sound judgment and a solutions-first mindset.
- Navigate complex or ambiguous situations with confidence, collaborating across departments to deliver timely, tailored outcomes.
- Help advisors and clients confidently use platforms like AdvisorComplete and Wealthscape.
- Document interactions in Salesforce to ensure clarity, consistency, and follow-through.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in client service within financial services, banking, or operations.
- Strong judgment and discretion in navigating complex client needs.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in client service roles.
- Experience with financial planning software and systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
