About the role

The Client Service Specialist (CSS) plays a crucial part in enhancing the overall client experience. This role focuses on improving workflows, timeliness, and client responsiveness, contributing significantly to the team dynamic.

Experience

  • 3-5 years of applicable job experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm preferred
  • Prior experience with insurance carrier websites preferred
  • Proven track record in customer service preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Familiarity with database applications plus
  • Familiarity with Employee Navigator plus

Pay

Your base pay is determined based on your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. Additionally, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on individual performance and/or company performance.
