Client Service Specialist
About the role
Provide exceptional client service by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints efficiently
- Follow up on client requests and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs
- Document interactions and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology helpful
