About the role
This critical role is part of the unique home office branch team dedicated to helping Edward Jones associates and their families achieve their long-term financial goals by understanding their needs and implementing tailored solutions. This valued partner will support a multi FA branch in delivering client service excellence using your unique experiences and background.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service while building strong relationships and partnering closely with Financial Advisors to support client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through professional verbal and written interactions.
- Apply critical thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgment to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to adapt confidently to changing client and business needs.
- Quickly learn and apply new processes, systems, regulatory requirements, and industry knowledge.
- Support business growth and operational excellence by contributing to new initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
Requirements
Preferred bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications required.

Compensation provided for using, not obtaining, the rating.
Schedule
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
