Client Service Specialist, Assistant

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Client Service Specialist to join our team at our Latham, New York office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with AI tools, task management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
• A High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Service Specialists by assisting with customer requests and operational tasks.
• Document all client and carrier communications related to coverages and exposures within the management system.
• Follow established workflow procedures, adhere to agency guidelines, and promptly report any actual or potential Errors & Omissions (E&O) claims.
• Maintain required professional accreditations and participate in continuing education programs as available.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
