Assistant Client Service Specialist

  • Supporting client communications and coordinating administrative tasks
  • Offering hands-on support with tasks like quoting policies, ordering MVRs, and processing documents
  • Assisting Client Service Specialists with customer requests and maintaining smooth operations
  • Issuing proof of insurance and requesting loss runs to support clients' coverage needs
  • Documenting all client and carrier communications regarding coverages and exposures in the management system
  • Fulfilling workflow procedures, adhering to agency guidelines, and promptly reporting any actual or potential E&O claims
  • Maintaining required professional accreditations and participating in continuing education programs when available
  • Performing other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with AI tools, task management systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in personal insurance is a plus
  • Buys into a positive attitude and works well with fellow employee owners, leaders, and others inside and outside the company
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Compensation: $37,500 - $42,500, based on experience, education, and work location

About the Role

This role will be based out of Marshall+Sterling’s Latham Office. We're hiring for an Assistant Client Service Specialist to provide superior service and administrative support to the department.
