Client Service Representative - Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital Plymouth Meeting, PA | Full Time Schedule: Sunday 8a-8p, Monday 7a-7p, Tuesday 4p-8p, Thursday 6a-6p Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour You’ll Thrive Here If You Have professional experience working with animals — this is required. Examples include experience in a veterinary hospital, pet store, doggy daycare, grooming facility, kennel, animal shelter, zoo, or similar animal-care environment.2+ years of supervisory/ leadership experience requiredHave excellent verbal and written communication skills and genuinely enjoy interacting with peopleAre confident handling questions, concerns, and emotional situations with patience and compassionCan stay organized and composed while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitalEnjoy problem-solving and finding ways to helpAre dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamAre comfortable discussing pets, veterinary services, and client needs with confidence and professionalismVeterinary, medical, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
