Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality service while supporting our clients and veterinary teams through every step of their pet’s journey. Located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, we are a multi-service facility offering general practice, 24/7 emergency care, and specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and more. We also provide boarding, daycare, grooming, and rehabilitation. We’re known for our dedication to client relationships, our high standard of medicine, and our team-first culture where everyone’s voice matters.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients on the phone and in person
- Differentiate routine cases from emergency cases
- Schedule appointments
- Enter client and patient data into the computer
- Ensure medical records are maintained appropriately and as per procedure
The position is based in our business office in Norristown, PA, and requires spending nearly all workdays in the office.
Requirements
- High-school degree or further education
- Competence in the English language
- Patience and a pleasant manner
- Computer skills (preferred)
- Animal/veterinary and customer service work experience (preferred)
Skills
- Experienced in customer service (veterinary, medical, pet care, or hospitality preferred)
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy, high-energy environment
- Skilled in communication and conflict resolution
- Compassionate, empathetic, and team-oriented
- Excited to learn and grow within a supportive hospital setting
Schedule
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday 10am-6pm
Pay
Starting at $18.00 per hour.
