Client Service Representative

About the role

Winter Springs Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Winter Springs, FL. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to pet owners in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments, maintain records, and organize front-office operations
• Provide estimates and invoices for payment
• Respond with compassion and empathy in stressful and emotional situations
• Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and front office area
• Guide, mentor, and support fellow team members
• Continuously advance your knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in veterinary or medical practice
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience (retail, food and beverage, etc.)
• Computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Word/Excel, office equipment such as fax, copier, and postage meter)
• Basic math skills for handling deposits, change, and processing payments
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Enthusiastic team player with a patient, positive, and professional attitude
• Able to work seated for most of the day
