Client Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Execute the service agreement renewal process and provide quotations
- Follow up on submitted leads and drive new mechanical service agreements
- Develop innovative solutions to provide measurable value to customers
- Manage customer relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns within 24 hours
- Review and correct poor performing service agreements
- Meet department growth plans by selling and expanding customer base
- Support Account Managers with strategic customers as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or certificate with two years’ work experience preferred
- Customer service and relationship building experience
- Competencies: customer focus and relationship building, problem solving and initiative, collaboration and teamwork, adaptability and agility, results orientation
- Mathematical aptitude
- Able to multi-task and think critically in high-stress situations
- Able to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through written communication
- Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months
Qualifications
- Ability to pass additional drug screening if required by safety sensitive role

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is beneficial but not required

Pay
Annual Base Salary Range: $61,496.66 - $89,424.99
Schedule
Monday to Thursday: Work onsite with colleagues
Fridays: Choose your work location, balancing what your work requires
