Examples include experience in a veterinary hospital, pet store, doggy daycare, grooming facility, kennel, animal shelter, zoo, or similar animal-care environment.Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and genuinely enjoy interacting with peopleAre confident handling questions, concerns, and emotional situations with patience and compassionCan stay organized and composed while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitalEnjoy problem-solving and finding ways to helpAre dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamAre comfortable discussing pets, veterinary services, and client needs with confidence and professionalismVeterinary, medical, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
