About the role
We are a 2.5 DVM, small animal practice located just east of Seattle. We are seeking an experienced, full-time customer service representative.
Responsibilities
- Understand and uphold the highest standards of patient care and client education.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide excellent medicine in a fun environment.
- Handle money accurately and honestly.
- Multi-task effectively.
- Lift up to 20 pounds.
Requirements
- Must be dependable.
- Must have excellent client service & phone skills.
- Must have computer skills.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and people-oriented.
