Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and resolve issues
• Process and verify financial transactions
• Prepare and complete reports and forms
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer
• Sell and cross-sell Riverview products and services
• Open new accounts
• Follow branch procedures and comply with regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 6 months of cash handling/customer service experience
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with office equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
