About the Role
As a Client Coordinator, you will start changing lives from your very first call. You’ll schedule and confirm dates, arrange personal interviews and dating coaching sessions, gather feedback on dates, and use your creativity to craft compelling client profiles. Your work will have a huge impact on our clients' dating experiences.
We provide a fantastic training program to prepare you for the role.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm virtual and in-person dates
- Coordinate client interviews and dating coaching sessions
- Obtain and document feedback on dates
- Create and enhance client profiles using creativity and vision
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally with professional, upscale clientele
- Passion for helping others find meaningful relationships
- Positive, energetic attitude and excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and bonus-driven
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Work From Home Requirements
- Equip your home office with reliable internet (meeting bandwidth requirements)
- Ensure a private, quiet, and well-lit environment suitable for video meetings
- Use a company-supplied laptop (all other home office expenses are the employee’s responsibility)
Pay
Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, consisting of a base rate and monthly bonus opportunities.
