Client Service Professional

About the Role

As a remote Client Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to change lives by helping clients find meaningful relationships. From scheduling dates and coaching sessions to creating compelling client profiles, your work will directly impact our clients' dating experiences.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm dates for clients
• Conduct personal interviews and dating coaching sessions
• Obtain and document feedback on dates
• Use creativity to craft engaging client profiles

Requirements

• Minimum of two years in customer service and/or sales, preferably with professional, upscale clientele
• Passion for helping others find relationships
• Positive, energetic attitude and excellent communication skills (especially over the phone)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and bonus-driven
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must reside in Central or Mountain time zones
• Home office with reliable internet (meeting bandwidth requirements), privacy, quiet, good lighting, and professional setup for video meetings
• Responsible for all home office expenses (excluding IJL-provided laptop)

Pay

Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 annually, including base pay and monthly bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time. No late nights, travel, or weekend work required.
