Client Service Professional - 401K

About the role

Bring your passion for helping participants and your drive to make a difference. As the trusted voice on the line, you’ll answer inbound calls from employer sponsored retirement and 401(k) plan participants, listening actively, taking ownership, and turning every conversation into an opportunity to educate and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Take a consultative approach to demystify plan features and guide people toward confident decisions, using our integrated systems and resources to deliver world-class solutions that truly matter.
• Convey information clearly and build trust with clients.
• Show openness to feedback and a growth mindset.
• Solve problems with confidence and clarity, understanding and responding to client needs with empathy.
• Achie accuracy and thoroughness in every interaction.
• Work as part of a supportive team and adapt to change.
• Work full time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule.
• Work various shifts to serve our participants, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 8:00am to 7:15pm Eastern Time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Schedule
