Bring your passion for helping participants and your drive to make a difference. As the trusted voice on the line, you'll answer inbound calls from employer-sponsored retirement and 401(k) plan participants, listening actively, taking ownership, and turning every conversation into an opportunity to educate and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from employer-sponsored retirement and 401(k) plan participants
- Listen actively and take ownership of each call
- Turn every conversation into an opportunity to educate and solve problems
- Use integrated systems and resources to deliver world-class solutions that truly matter
- Convey information clearly and build trust
- Respond to client needs with empathy
- Show accuracy and thoroughness in every interaction
- Work as part of a supportive team and adapt to change
- Work full-time on-site during Schwab's training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule
- Work various shifts to serve our participants, with availability Monday-Friday any time between 7:00am to 9:00pm Central Time

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Previous customer service or client relationship experience (preferred)
