Your Role & Responsibilities
- Manage account openings, transfers, and ongoing maintenance workflows.
- Accurately process time-sensitive money movements (wires, transfers, etc.).
- Cook up with custodians and internal teams to track status and resolve issues.
- Maintain precise client records in our CRM (Wealthbox experience preferred but not required).
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to advisors and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, RIA operations, or client service.
- Familiarity with custodial platforms (Pershing, Schwab, etc.) and CRM systems (Wealthbox a plus).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and with a team.
- Candidate seeking a long-term opportunity with potential for growth (not into advisory).
- Nice-to-Have: Securities licenses (Series 7/63/66), but not required.
