Client Service Manager - Vice President
Job Responsibilities
- Oversight of a specific portfolio of clients
- Aligning client needs with bank solutions
- Providing value-added insights to clients
- Liaising with bank partners for complex issues
- Managing service delivery performance for client satisfaction
- Leading, motivating, and coaching team members
- Building a winning culture aligned with business objectives
- Identifying and pursuing training opportunities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant industry and/or functional and/or management experience
- In-depth knowledge of Core and Complex Domestic and International Treasury products
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage complex issues and engage business partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
