Position Overview

We are seeking a client-focused and detail-oriented Client Service Manager to deliver exceptional day-to-day service and support to insurance clients. This role serves as a trusted advocate, educator, and resource for clients while supporting policy servicing, billing, claims intake, and account-related inquiries.

Professional Responsibilities

  • Deliver responsive, high-quality service while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, policy details, coverage questions, and account-related concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle billing-related questions and assist clients in resolving account or payment issues.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for claims reporting, gathering information and initiating first reports of claims filed through the agency.
  • Answer policy-specific and coverage-related questions, including inquiries requiring policy review or rating support.
  • Complete account review request forms and support proactive policy servicing activities.
  • Process incoming correspondence and maintain accurate documentation within agency systems and client records.
  • Provide service support to walk-in clients, including immediate policy servicing and reactive renewal review assistance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support workflow efficiency and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency procedures, documentation standards, and professional expectations.
  • Aid with additional projects, service requests, and responsibilities as assigned by agency leadership.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • 3+ years of insurance industry experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain insurance-related information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture.

  • 401(k) Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 depending on the candidate’s experience.

Pay

A wide salary range is posted for this position, and any job offer is based upon a salary analysis to comply with the required state pay transparency law. The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.

Schedule

This is a full-time, hybrid position reporting to our office located in Taunton, MA.
