Client Service Manager (Healthcare and Insurance)

For our client, we are seeking a Client Service Manager (Healthcare and Insurance) to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare and insurance clients, helping ensure their needs are understood, supported, and translated into effective service delivery. The Client Service Manager will own day-to-day client management, strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, and help drive account growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This position also plays an important internal coordination role, supporting business reviews, proposals, and issue resolution to maintain strong account health and client satisfaction.
