Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
