About the role

The Client Service Consultant II is responsible for overall accountability for day-to-day support of a block of customers. You will lead these customers with excellence, create dynamic relationships and presentations, and manage all day-to-day responsibilities. You will develop strong customer relationships and internal relationships, coordinate yearly stewardships, customer visits, and project manage complex solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your National Account customers with excellence.
  • Create dynamic relationships and moving presentations.
  • Oversee the customer experience as the single point of contact for MetLife.
  • Manage all day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Develop strong customer relationships, and even stronger internal relationships.
  • Cook up yearly stewardships, customer visits, and project manage complex solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related business experience including 2+ years of experience in group benefits.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, One Note).
  • High levels of organization.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Has a Heart for Service, Tenacity, a Personable Nature, and an Ownership Mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction Focus.
  • Growth Mindset.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is $64,800 to $99,300. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.

Schedule

This role may be available on a full-time basis.
