Your Future Team White Pine Wealth Management is a team of 10 professionals servicing $1B+ in assets as of March 2026. We are based in Falmouth, Maine.

Client Service Associate

• Onboard new client relationships: work directly with clients and advisors to collect data, process new account paperwork, and maintain client records in our CRM system
• Perform account maintenance requests: change of beneficiary, address updates, online account access, account re-titles, etc.
• Process money movements: journals, wire transfers, ACH transfers, and check requests
• Aid clients in a professional and pleasant manner through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Requirements

• Experience collecting information, processing forms, and maintaining accurate data
• Confidence in handling phone calls and speaking to clients
• Interpersonal and client service skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Eagerness to work in a growing practice and fast-paced environment

Preferred

• 2+ years of industry experience
• Series 7, 66 license – Insurance license a plus
