Responsibilities

  • Support bankers and investors in performing various aspects of the relationship management initiative with their respective client base.
  • Research follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, bankers, investors, product specialists, and operations areas in a timely and professional manner.
  • Actively contribute to the team, assisting with the execution, completion of operational, regulatory compliance, and business process control reviews.
  • Support the execution of client transactions including but not limited to, trades, transfers, wire transfers, credits, and investments.

Qualifications

  • Series 7 License
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 years of industry-related experience
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, extremely organized, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must
  • Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Bank Secrecy Act related principles, laws, rules, and regulations, as well as Itaú’s related policies and procedures
