Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients through personalized financial planning. We operate 140+ offices nationwide, serving over 80,000 households since 1997.
Primary Job Functions
- Ensure office is welcoming; greet clients.
- Schedule meetings, manage distribution of mail and office slash marketing materials; support vendors and technology sponsors.
- New Client Onboarding: Accurately complete prospect or new client paperwork and account setup; follow up on funds transfer from surrendering companies; maintain CRM database and client files; record incoming assets to appropriate blotting tool; prepare account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.; communicate to understand client requests, determine actions; communicate to advisor or resolve issues, including death claim processing; gather client data and prepare materials for client meetings and reviews.
- Industry/Product/Company Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge and accurately execute against Wealth Enhancement's Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model; understand financial terminology and products; attend Client Services and company educational events; attend vendor presentations.
- Team and Corporate Support: Assist Advisor Team in operations to streamline processes; complete operational projects to support enhancements and changes; communicate process and sales updates to team.
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 0-3 years of industry experience
- Customer Service training, knowledge, or experience
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability and interest to learn financial concepts and products
- Ability to work with deadlines, be flexible under pressure, and prioritize work
- Ability to work as a team member
- Ability to learn Wealth Enhancement's sales model, processes, and procedures
- Ability to learn financial product features and riders
- Ability to learn the review process and how it is completed
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $60,000.00. The entire salary range for those classified as the Client Service Associate level is $42,500 to $63,750.
