Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients through personalized financial planning. We operate 140+ offices nationwide, serving over 80,000 households since 1997.

Primary Job Functions

  • Ensure office is welcoming; greet clients.
  • Schedule meetings, manage distribution of mail and office slash marketing materials; support vendors and technology sponsors.
  • New Client Onboarding: Accurately complete prospect or new client paperwork and account setup; follow up on funds transfer from surrendering companies; maintain CRM database and client files; record incoming assets to appropriate blotting tool; prepare account transactions, trades, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc.; communicate to understand client requests, determine actions; communicate to advisor or resolve issues, including death claim processing; gather client data and prepare materials for client meetings and reviews.
  • Industry/Product/Company Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge and accurately execute against Wealth Enhancement's Suitability Guidelines, operational processes, and sales model; understand financial terminology and products; attend Client Services and company educational events; attend vendor presentations.
  • Team and Corporate Support: Assist Advisor Team in operations to streamline processes; complete operational projects to support enhancements and changes; communicate process and sales updates to team.

Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • 0-3 years of industry experience
  • Customer Service training, knowledge, or experience
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability and interest to learn financial concepts and products
  • Ability to work with deadlines, be flexible under pressure, and prioritize work
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Ability to learn Wealth Enhancement's sales model, processes, and procedures
  • Ability to learn financial product features and riders
  • Ability to learn the review process and how it is completed
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $60,000.00. The entire salary range for those classified as the Client Service Associate level is $42,500 to $63,750.
